EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE

Recruitmen International Employment always prefer selection of applicants through a set of assessments either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his authorized representative. For this purpose, we also arrange their accommodation, transport and all other logistic supports required. In case we are entrusted with the selection and testing of applicant, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical and professional categories under direct supervision of our professional executives.

  1. Permission From The Protector - After receiving Manpower job requirements and description, we seek permission from Protector of Emigrants.
    Advertising Job - Job specifications are advertised in widely circulated daily newspapers to attract talented individuals.
  2. Interview / Trade Test - After short-listing applications for interviews and trade test, candidate's skill level is tested practically to evaluate the workmanship and his conformity to international standards.
  3. Medical Examination - Every prospective candidate undergoes stringent medical examination including complete physical checkup, chest, X-Rays, etc., from approved medical centers recognized by GCC.
  4. Visa Endorsement - We are responsible for the visa stamping process and collection of the passport from the concerned Embassy/Consulate.
  5. Registration - After stamping visa, we submit passports for registration with the Protector of Emigrants.
  6. Reservation/Ticketing - Upon receiving of Passport, the traveling department get booking from different travel agents and airlines according to geographic routing. Our travel department keeps employer and selected applicant posted as well about booking status. Travel department arrange the ticket as soon as confirmation of seat(s) is received. Once ticketing department receives the ticket(s), they take all documentation under their custody and arrange the transportation of selected candidates to airport and update employer once they get onboard.
  7. Shortlisting Candidates - If required and on clients request, we conduct a full search for the best candidates for open position and then interview & pre-qualify them. This round is taken by industry specialists as well as HR consultants to evaluate the candidate on dual criteria of professional knowledge (like professional expertise and employment goals) and individual fit in the prospective organization.

FINAL REGISTRATION OF CANDIDATES

To fulfill the requirements of visa endorsement, the file of the worker(s) is submitted to the Ministry of Labour (Govt. of Pakistan) Islamabad for final registration. This process is normally completed within 24 hours from the time of submission of passports and documents to the authorities concerned.

TECHNICAL SCREENING PROCESS

  1. Screening of Staff- We has have engaged highly proficient, qualified and most experienced personnel at our offices for interviewing and screening of the prospective candidates. The shortlisted candidates are put to trade test trial on the same day and under the direct supervision of our screening staff. Apart from that we arrange the final screening of the shortlisted candidates at most reputed and approved Govt. Technical Institutions in compliance with the requirements of demand.
  2. Sorting of Category vise Screening- Our panel of screening staff sorts out and evaluates the competent and efficient candidates and rate them individually on the basis of their trade test reports and overall professional experience and skills.
  3. Time Required for Screening & Shortlisting:- Our screening staff can conduct tests and interviews, and screening of 50-60 candidates per day. In case, the trade test trials are required to conduct at long distance project's site or the candidates are required to be tested for some sophisticated type of high-end trade tests, the number may be reduced to 30-40 candidates per day.

After above process dates of test and interview will be set with the coordination of employer, Recruitmen Internaional Employment will make necessary arrangement for trade test and interview e.g. issuing call letter to selected candidates, reservation of Authorized Trade Test center(if required), etc
